Welcome to my website!

I have always had an obsession with candles, fragrance and making pretty things, so much so that I eventually thought 'why not make and sell my own'?  Thus began my first generation business, Cheeky Candles. 

After establishing myself as a handmade chandler for 6 years in Cairns, I wanted to expand my range of handcrafts because, at the end of the day, I love being creative and giving people something unique. Jewellery was the perfect addition to my business, but my original name no longer worked. Sharee Nicholls Handmade is now a much better fit for my expanding business and I am so proud to attribute my name to my work. 

Now, as new mum with a cheeky little bub of my own, this small business allows me to stay at home and care for my little miracle (in between feeding, playing, cuddling, etc...)

All of my candle and melt products are hand-made from 100% soy wax - a renewable resource which burns cleaner than other popular wax products such as paraffin. 

Melts are also a great alternative to candles, especially as you can fill your home with beautiful fragrance without the hazard of lighting a flame. All of my melts are suitable for both electric and standard oil burners. Unlike traditional essential oils, my melts won't evaporate. When you have finished with the fragrance, just change melts!

For those who prefer to fill their homes with gorgeous fragrance without the need for heat or flame, my reed diffusers are the perfect solution. 

I also now create a range of unique resin, acrylic and polymer clay earrings - the perfect gift for loved ones, or even yourself!
